More bad news for wolves. Judge Donald Molloy would have ruled the delisting of wolves as unconstitutional if there wasn’t already precedent tying his hands. As it is, the law stands, but wildlife groups will almost certainly appeal the decision.

Federal Judge returns ESA protections to Montana and Idaho wolves
