Ten wolves rescued from filthy conditions in Iowa are now at a sanctuary in Ramah, N.M.
“These guys have not actually stepped on dirt for between three or four years,” said Leyton Jay Cougar with the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary.
The wolves were pulled away from lives where they were stuck in small, feces-covered cages after their owner died.
