Two arrested at Oregon wolf protest

(KATU-TV) – Two people who put bicycle locks around their necks and the front door handle of the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife headquarters in protest of the state’s wolf management plan were arrested Tuesday morning by state police.

Portland residents Stephanie Monet Taylor, 28, and Justin R.D. Kay, 22, used bicycle u-locks to secure themselves by the neck to the front doors of the building, blocking access to the main entrance.
