A Montana TV station – KBZK – conducted a poll of it’s online readers and asked the question: should wolf hunting be restored?

Last week, Montana wildlife officials were considering seeking a special federal permit to allow hunting gray wolves, despite a court order that returned the wolves to the endangered species list.
So we asked KBZK and KXLF online readers what they thought – should the wolf hunts be restored? Although it was close, the majority of poll takers said “No, the hunts should not be restored.”
A total of 392 people took the poll with 229 voting “no” to restoring the hunts and 163 voting “yes.”
